Cancellation Policy:

 

One nights deposit is due upon reservation.  You may cancel your reservation at Reed Rose Cottage two weeks prior to check in time before 4pm at no cost. After two weeks your deposit will be forfeited.

 

A no call no show on the date of your arrival will result in a  charge of the full reservation.
